Mind Workout
What is a Mind Workout? Your Mind Workout is a list of all your most important reminders, mantras and affirmations. They hold your main goals and vision statements. Similar to how you work out your body at the gym, you spend time every morning reviewing these so it becomes a natural part of your way of thinking and being.
Keep it short but relevant. This book will help you go through some samples and suggestions but it is recommended you keep these reminders short. It shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes to review and reflect on them.
